Direct credit card processing and Paypal difficulties

  Hi, I have been trying to add a domain to my WordPress blog, http://timrath.wordpress.com for a week now. When I would try to buy the credits to do this, WordPress used to tell me that direct credit card processing would be added by a specific day and time, i.e. Sept. 17 at 9 a.m. UTC. Now, it simply says, “Direct credit card processing will be added soon.” When I try to use Paypal Express to pay for it, Paypal tells me that they cannot process the order. Is there an easier way to buy the credits necessary to add a domain?

  i have a similar problem. i paid for adding a subdomain after trying multiple cards (paypal just doesn’t accept some). still i can’t see anywhere that the credits were received and the domain transfer is still not working. what can i do? should i contact anyone or just wait for a few more days?
