Direct debit for free site

    Hello, I really need some help. Just noticed that £36 got from my account as direct debit to wordpress. I am not using it, created years ago a FREE site to try out for university submission, but never got how it works so I just left it.

    Now I found out that been sneakily debited all the time since!!! I am super confused and upset. How to cancel and get the transaction reversed? Last payment was taken today.

    Can someone contact me please ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and offer some assistance?

    I had to get help logging in cause did not know the details. And there is no contact information on the internet whatsoever ;(((

    Hi itachitian

    The website shown (icdesigns.co.uk) doesn’t appear to be hosted by WordPress, and also doesn’t even appear to be using WordPress software. According to whois.domaintools.com your site is hosted by GoDaddy under the Wix platform.

    Is there another website that you are being billed for? This one doesn’t seem to have anything to do with WordPress.
