Direct links to other social channels?

Hi there (first post)
I was wondering if it was possible to add some social buttons, or social links somewhere on the frontpage (hompage)?
In that way I can use the blog as a landing page for users, and followers can easily see and visit the other social channels that I have with a few clicks.

We have a variety of widgets for that: Facebook badge, Twitter Timeline, and you can use the RSS widget or text widget to add in your LinkedIn and other social sites.

Okay, since I’m new, I don’t quite know how. And does it have to with the theme I’ve chosen for the blog?
