Direct to a page on my site by inputting a Postcode/Zip code

    I’m trying to find a way to be able to direct customers to a specific page on my site, by inputting their Postcode/Zip code. For example, in a search box, they would type their postcode “PE12 0NZ” and be directed to a location specific page on my site and also direct to a page that tells them we don’t cover the area where necessary. I need this to work for several different Postcode areas. Can anyone suggest a solution?
