direct upload from wordpress to youtube?

Helllo
how I can upload video direct from wordpress to youtube…:So I give acces to low level writers and editors and invite then to upload video on particular theme….video goes directly on wordpress then to you tube our chanell….thhen after a while I close acces when theme is over….IS that possiblle…or is better to try to ask hot to fill it on youtube..??

However, since there are plugins that need to be installed on your site, you must upgrade to the Business plan in order to do this.

I am new, but have big plans…..
So on free level I can not do that? Only on BUsiness plan?
Can I have some budged price instead my company is non profit,
I ask for 6 moths half price.
I Will check some ideas like: to invite people to upload, so my wordpress site Will be open gate for different invitations……You understand me; i have to check a lot of different ideas to dragg a lot of people; I Will check on first step only on nationalwide in Slovenija, which is easy to control ..it is a litlle population and then observe and then go world wide….in mass of uploads I have rent server, etc..etc…then when I Will came on this step, then I Will ask you again with another questions and help…But have a feeling that this can work…
So please think about, maybe you Will see your interes in this also..

OK, then I have to choose Business plan upgrade…but!!!! I like to hire this only for 2 or 3 moths to check what is possiblle to do with it…
there is only 1 year offer..or I miss something?
And once more my most important question:

Not without a plugin. (And honestly I’ve not tested which plugins would do that.)
To support plugins you will either need the business plan, or your own self-supported installation with another host.

MY IDEA IS TO PUBLISH PASSWORD OF SOME DOWN LEVEL “WRITER” OR “EDITOR” AND INVITE PEOPLE TO UPLOAD VIDEOS….
