Directing my namecheap domain to my wordpress website that is using a wordpress domain

  I bought a domain from namecheap and wordpress hosting, and I cannot get my domain that I bought to link to my wordpress website. Could really use some help

  It is possible to connect your Namecheap domain to a site here on WordPress.com (so it can have a custom address instead of a WordPress.com address) by upgrading to any of our plans here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  All our plans include “domain mapping” so you can leave your domain at Namecheap, but have it be the address (URL) for your site here.

  Plans also include a free domain transfer if you would like to transfer the domain and consolidate your billing with us.
