Directory Theme Listing Moderation?

  I’m planning on making my own review website, and I was looking at themes and saw a lot of directory themes from Templatic. There is a submit a listing page that allows you to post a listing directly to the site. I was wondering how I would go about making a moderation system on the listing submissions so that I can approve or deny them before they get posted?
