Disable action bar which is visible to logged out user

    Thanks @kokkieh and @mihaiapetrei,

    I’m clear with the problem now. So, the follow button is a built-in part of WordPress and can only be hidden in Business/Premium plan with CSS customization.

    Btw, I’m fine with Personal plan and trying not to think about the follow button now. I recently made up my mind.

    I appreciate your help @mihaiapetrei and thank @kokkieh for the explanation.
