Hello, so I am freaking out right now. There’s no way I am able to pay the subscription that soon, like on November 5th! For years now, I am only paying in February, this change that is happening now, I don’t understand it. Also, not having total control of my account and paying method?? It makes me so anxious at the moment… I received and e-mail to contact you, so please do so and help me!
“If you prefer to renew your upgrades manually and wish to have Auto Renew disabled, please contact support for assistance.”
I want you to please Disable Auto Renew for me! I want to pay in my own time! Thanks!

  • Hi there,

In the past you only had a domain with us, happylu.net. That domain’s expiration date is in February, so that’s what you have been renewing up until last year.

But I see last year in December you bought a Personal Plan from us in addition to the domain. That also renewed your domain, which is why you didn’t have another payment in February of this year. You can verify this in the receipts in your billing history:

The Personal Plan is the upgrade that is now due for renewal.

At the moment automatic renewal is disabled, so the Personal Plan will expire on 5 December, but your domain is good until 2 February 2018. If the plan expires it won’t remove the domain as well.
