Disable auto renew

  For a few years now, my credit card is debited for what I guess is an automatic renewel of my domain (which I haven’t used in a long time).
  I want to cancel this renewel, read how to do so, but eventually can’t seem to find the ‘cancel’-button under the ‘my upgrades’-page. So I’m stuck. Any help please?

  You need to be logged in as the EXACT user / account that owns the upgrade.

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> Disable Auto Renew – (if the upgrade is a domain name registration I don’t think there will be a cancel button)

  Is there another account that you might have used to purchase the upgrade?

  What is the domain name you want to cancel?

  I will flag this for staff attention in case you need more help.

  There was indeed annother account that I had created many years ago and that slipped my mind.
  With that specific account I managed to solve this issue. Thanks again.
