Disable Auto Renew for Domain Mapping

  Hello WordPress Support, I need your help Disabling Auto Renewal for domain mapping on a number of domains in my account. They are:

  – unixnotes.com
  – diversepath.com
  – diversepathsolutions.com
  – rcnetworks.net
  – phnworks.com
  – suniva.us
  – phonelabor.com
  – sandiegopizzacompany.com
  – insidetestequipment.com
  – goodfoodbarn.com

  When I try to disable auto renew for the domain mapping of these domains I get the error message, “User randybowen Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested”. I created all of these domains a long time ago and I didn’t realize that Auto Renew was enabled by default. I have tried logging into those accounts but I don’t seem to recall the logins and passwords. I paid these with my PayPal account so they will never expire. Please help me get these cancelled as they are not needed and are costing me a lot of money.

  Hi there,

  It looks like each of these domains (with the exception of the first one, which I disabled auto-renew for) were purchased by a couple of other users. You can tell which ones by logging in to the blog accounts in question, navigating to the Dashboard and then going to My Upgrades. You will see underneath the Product, a line which says “Owned by:” and the name.

  You will need to log in as that user (or have that user log in) and disable auto-renew for those domains.

  Thank you for getting back to me. I would log in and change the setting myself, but I do not have the login credentials.

  I created all of those accounts listed and paid for the domain mapping myself not knowing that auto renew was enabled by default. The problem I am having is that it keeps using my paypal account to autorenew and I can’t shut it off. Please disable these for me because I cannot log into the accounts on my own any more.

  OK, I was able to disable the auto-renew for each of the domains listed. I did notice that you have one more domain under the randybowen user which is not disabled. You may want to log in and make sure that you want that to auto-renew when the time comes!
