disable auto renew for WordPress Value Bundle

    I have a blog that I purchased WordPress Value Bundle for it. The blog is not mine and its for one of my customer. I need to cancel the option of auto renew on the domain and on the whole bundle so that customer will not renew his service on my card!! how can I do that and do I need direct supports from wordpress staff to do that??
