Disable automatic internal pingbacks/trackbacks?

  I’m reviewing flawed consumer electronics on my blog and sometimes refer to (read: link to) previous reviews I’ve written. Curiously enough WordPress sometimes automatically adds pingbacks/trackbacks to the comment section of such a post. How do I stop this?

  When you add a link to a previous post on your own blog, leave the “http://” part off.

  I have the same problem.I’ll do as suggested.
