Disable Comments on front page or main page

  I don’t want a comment post option on my home page http://roundhousetalk.com. I want the social buttons on the main page only. I do want social buttons and comments on other pages and posts. I have tried everything and although the social buttons don’t show up on the home page, the comments still do. Thanks.
