  Can I disable the date & time from my posts?

  If you just want the date to not display on the post, it can be done using CSS, but you’ll need the Custom Design Upgrade, which is part of the Premium or Business package. Here’s a thread for another user trying to do the same thing, with example code from a Happiness Engineer. If you don’t want the date to display in the post’s address, unfortunately that’s not possible.
