Disable 'Follow' button(s) on my .COM blog

  Please instruct me how to disable “Follow” buttons on the top bar and bottom of my .COM blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot disable the Follow button on the Admin bar and we cannot remove footer credit links.

  What a bummer, I guess. There are still people who are trying to follow my old site. Well, they’ll see me in the “Reader”, so that’s good, I guess.
