How can I disable follow up comment notifications?

  I left a comment post on someone else’s blog and accidentally clicked on “Notify me of follow-up comments via email”. I cannot figure out how to disable this feature. I do not want an email after everyone comments on this blog! I can only find how to disable it on my OWN blog but not how to disable it when I’ve made comments on someone else’s blog!!! Help please!!!! I don’t want to completely disable email notifications from wordpress.

  Each email should have an Unsubscribe link at the bottom that will let you stop the notifications. You can also head to our subscriptions page to manage things.
