Disable Footer 2 in Twentyseventeen Theme

Creating a basic website for a client, and I can’t seem to be able to disable footer 2;
The reason for this, is they have sent me an image as their ‘signature’ that they would like full width across the bottom of the page.This has probably been asked before, but I’ve looked all over and can’t seem to find anything explaining how to do this.
Of course, if there’s another way to get around this, I’m all ears.
