  how do I disable the catagory search of everyone who has my same name?

  Global tags and categories are part of the wordpress.com system and can only be maid “local to you” if you make your blog private and not visible to anyone except those that are members of your blog. For private blogs, this is a good thing, but if you have a public blog there is nothing we can do at this time.
