Disable ‘Leave a Reply’

  I have tried all the help I can find to disable ‘Leave a Reply’ and ‘Post Comment’ on some of our pages that have it still. Disabled in discussions, bulk page edits, screen options, and it is still there. I would like it gone. Thanks!
