Disable Mobile Site to Default to Classic View

Hey there- I recently moved from wordpress.com to wordpress.org self hosting on godaddy. In WordPress.com, there was a way to turn off my mobile site version as my theme is responsive. I cannot figure out how to set this up in wordpress.org and I was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction. The mobile version of my site doesn’t look at all like my theme (Adelle from BluChic) and no matter what I change, I can’t figure out how to change my mobile site to look like my true website. Only when I’m viewing my site on my mobile can I select to view it in the Classic mode. I’d like to have this be the default for folks looking at my site via mobile.

    My site is http://www.sewbon.com

Thanks for any advice you could provide! I’ve been googling for a few days down to no avail.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins and run different versions of themes with the same name. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click this link http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Oops! I didn’t realize I was in the wrong support feed. Thanks! :)
