Disable open in new tab

  Hello everyone, I’m new to making blogs and everything that goes with it. I’m stuck on this. Somehow I enabled for every post to open in new tab, and I really don’t remember how and I actually don’t like it. I would like for posts to open in same tab.
  How can I do that?
