Disable Privacy Protection and Unlock Domain

    WordPress Team,

    I want to transfer my domain to another registrar, but when I try to do it through my site, I only get an error message. Please unlock it and disable privacy protection or tell me how I can do it myself.

    Hi there,

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling private registration. However, you are receiving the error because the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling the upgrade for you. But, if you are able to log into the correct account, you should be able to cancel it yourself without issue.
