You can disable domain mapping through your Manage Purchases page at: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Hope this helps!

Hi there,
Of what domain are you speaking? I don’t see any custom domains connected to your account, and you have never owned any upgrades with us at all.
A site redirect upgrade is used to direct traffic away from a WordPress.com site to a different site. It is not used to connect a domain to a WordPress.com site, so I don’t know why you thought it relevant to mention it here.
The OP also clearly stated that the domain is registered elsewhere, making the Cancel Domain link you gave equally irrelevant.
Next time I’d suggest rather first confirming the domain a user is asking for help with and gathering all the facts before answering with incorrect information.

Hello Kokkieh and others,
My registered domain was connected to the WordPress site, however since posting my challenge, I contacted where my domain was registered and all has been taken care of.I appreciated everyone’s feedback! Thank you for your efforts!
