Unfortunately you failed to provide the key thing for getting support and that is the URL of the site referred to starting with http://

To save you time you can type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site so you know where to post for support.

We provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. You could be posting to the wrong support forum. To be clear we do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.ORG software, or for WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.COM account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support.

@vijaykumarsydcatholiceduau, I don’t see any WordPress.com sites assocated with your username that have either the WordPress.com Premium or Business plan upgrade. I do see a number of self-hosted site associated with your username. Are you talking about one of those?

I did take a quick look at the Sela demo site to see how much would be involved in doing this, and it would be a substantial amount of work to override all the different Media Queries used to adjust the theme to differing screen sizes.

I’m not sure of your reasoning for wanting to do this, but, as of October of 2016, over 51% of web browsing was being done on mobile devices and only around 49% on desktop/laptop systems, which is the reason that the web is going with a “mobile-first” design philosophy. Statistically, people on mobile and tablets are clicking away more quickly on sites that are a fixed-width designed for desktop viewing as they don’t want to have to zoom in and swipe around in order to read the information on the page.

In addition, the search engines are showing sites that are not mobile friendly much further down in their search results.

If you are wanting a fixed-width theme that is designed for viewing on desktop/laptop systems only, I would suggest looking for a different theme that has a fixed width, but do keep in mind the above if your site is going to be public and you want your site to rank well and be found on search engines.
