  I am afraid in WordPress.com you cannot disable right-click on images, Also it’s not the best way to protect your images from being downloaded.

  However, to prevent your images from being theft please try adding a watermark by following this Support guide here: https://wordpress.com/support/prevent-content-theft/#protect-your-images
