Hi there,
Under your Discussion Settings, you can force commenters to be logged in before they’re able to comment on your posts. That feature is described here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#other-comment-settings
However, there isn’t a way to disable Facebook and Twitter logins for commenters.
Still, even if readers login through Twitter, you can still have their comment held for moderation first before it appears on your site:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#before-a-comment-appears
You could set the comments to require your approval first. Is that what you’re looking for?

Thanks for the response but I don’t want to moderate each comment we don’t want to play big brother. But we do want to have the user id’d at all times via their user name . We want commenters to follow a specific criteria for setting up their user name in WordPress. This way we know who is not being nice with the comments. If they log in with FB or Twitter they potentially will not be identified.
How do I get around this?

Hi!
The best way to do that will be to force everyone to login in order to comment on your site. This option is described below under “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#other-comment-settings
In that case, the users would need to login through either WordPress.com, Twitter, Facebook, or Google+ prior to commenting. Here’s how each comment would look:
The name of the commenter is linked to their profile on the service they used to login. Does that make sense? So, you’ll be able to identify anyone that posts a negative comment and commenters will not be able to simply drop a comment without first identifying and verifying their identity.
