Disable website

Hi, I need to disable my website so that people cannot view my webpage. I read about adding plugins to your account which seems extremely confusing, is there an easier way?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

A good way to do that would be to set your site to be “private”. You can find instructions on doing that here:
