  Hi WordPress,

  I’ve been trying to insert an image into my post but it didn’t seem to work. I successfully uploaded it in my gallery, but the insert image button didn’t work properly. Another thing, I also tried to embed a YouTube video into my post but the URL keep appeared as a link. I’m sure that I unlinked it, but it just doesn’t work as usual.

  First, could you please try to clear your cookies and cache, refresh your dashboard, and try to insert the image again? Here is info about clearing your cache:

  Next, if this doesn’t clear up your problem, could you try the same process in another browser? I see you’re using Firefox. Would you attempt the image insertion with Google Chrome instead?

  Let me know how these steps work for you.

  I also tried to embed a YouTube video into my post but the URL keep appeared as a link.

  Could you please send me a link to the page or post where this link exists? I can take a look at why it’s misbehaving. I suggest inserting your YouTube video as a shortcode, in the meantime. Here are the instructions:
