Disabled Jetpack

  My site is stuck in the Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute. mode. I used the debug tool and got this code: Debug
  XML-RPC is not responding correctly ( 200 )

  I tried to update 8 plugins at the same time, this is possibly the cause of this issue as they all gave an error that they coud not connect.

  After disabling jetpack, I cannot access the plugin to reenable it.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes
