DISABLED PAYMENT

My payment option has currently been disabled after about two trials with the wrong card, now when I’ve gotten the correct card, I couldn’t still make payments. I have reported this severally and I’ve gotten no response via mail neither has the issue been rectified. I need help urgently please as I need to make payment for the domain name as soon as possible.
