It doesn’t look as if you are talking about a site running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact your hosting support to solve this problem.

The part email I copied on this thread shows my site is run by WP platform. It was working fine and over the weekend it was disabled. Can you expound further on your reply? What do you mean it’s not run by WP platform?

    Hi!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, GlobalPayments WooCommerce.

First, visit your website (https://www.tedalphie.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.tedalphie.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1656935167.2243568897247314453125) and check for any visible issues.

    Thanks

There are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

Since WordPress.com isn’t your hosting provider, there’s not much we can do here to help.

You should reach out to your host One.com for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with that error that the plugin is creating.

    I hope that clarifies things!
