Disabling ALL Comments in the Splendio Theme
-
Hi All,
I know there’s been a few threads on how to disable comments on pages but I’m having a super hard time with this. I’m using the Splendio theme and I even purchased the CSS to see if I could get to the code to delete the comment function but that didn’t work out too well.
Could someone please walk me through it?
Thanks!

CSS editing is not required to disable comments on any theme here. This page > Settings > Discussion
Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/We can also override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any individual post or page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/
Depending on the theme we use when we close comments a phrase like “comments closed” or a similar phrase may appear, if so, then the phrase can only be removed by CSS editing.
