disabling an old site

    I’m trying to find information about shutting off/disabling an old WordPress site. I have the login to the admin account, however in the dashboard it says the website cannot be accessed. I cannot access the privacy settings because it says my Jetpack is out of date, however it won’t let me update it. I’m trying to turn this site to private or delete completely. Any idea what my options are?
