Disabling Auto-renew

A month ago I was told my account was on auto-renew and I didn’t want to auto-renew, i should disable it. So I did. Today I received another email indicating my account was going to auto-renew. I believe i have done the disabling correctly (I checked again today), so I’m mystified as to why I’m receiving an auto-renew message again today.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can got to dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and disable auto-renew there. Hi there,
It looks like there was a small glitch and just the mapping was disabled. I have gone ahead and disabled the auto-renewal on the entire domain.
