Disabling auto-renew function

  Please help me disable the auto-renew function for my site. I tried to pay via PayPal and credit card and both say the transaction can’t be completed because of it being an auto renew and a new purchase.

  Hi there,

  I’ve disabled auto-renew for your Premium Plan and domain.

  Not sure what you mean regarding the transaction not completing, though – you already have the upgrades on your account, so the transaction did complete.

  Thank you. I believe it was because there were multiple plans listed in my cart. Once I deleted them all and started over it worked.
