Disabling comment RSS for blogs with no coments

  For “blogs” like mine that have comments disabled, the RSS feed for comments is superfluous. The reader clicks it and just sees a blank page. Blogs with comments disabled should have the comment RSS disabled, too.

  Actually, I prefer to run my feed through Feedburner, so it would be nice to have an option in the dashboard to disable the default feed altogether.
