Disabling cooment moderation

  Hi, can anyone help me with disabling comment moderation?

  These are the steps I have followed:

  In Settings — Discussion — Before a comment appears –> I un-check all 3 options.

  Yet, moderation still seems to be on. Can anyone tell me how I can set it right?

  “Save Changes” is now at the very bottom of the page. Have you clicked it? Not the best layout, one would think.
