Disabling Default WP New User Email
-
I am using the Forminator plugin to make a registration and login form on my WordPress site. Whenever a user registers via the registration form, the user and I receive an email from the plugin. The problem is that the we also receive the WordPress default email containing their login credentials and a link to my admin page. I DO NOT want that specific email sent.
I have tried just about everything I could imagine; the plugins BNWP, Manage Notification Emails, Disable User Registration Notification Emails, Stop Emails, Disable Emails, as well as the db_remove_new_site_notification_email function, and even disabling the ‘wp-mail’ function do not accomplish what I want, as they all either disable emails completely (I want the emails from Forminator to send), or outright did not work.
Please help if you can. Thank you in advance.

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
Please contact support for the plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Alright I’ll try that then. I’ll leave this post here in case someone else has a possible solution. Thank you for responding.

If this helps, I also want to mention that my problem doesn’t lie with the Forminator plugin. Rather, it’s WordPress itself with sending its default email containing my admin link. I just want to find a way to prevent WordPress from sending that particular email while allowing the Forminator one to send.
