Hi there!
If you were talking about the Jetpack Lazy Images, you can disable them as explained here: https://jetpack.com/support/lazy-images/ but I don’t see any sites under your account. What’s the address of the site you’re working on?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software, we won’t be able to help you out and you’ll want to seek help at these forums:

Sorry to not be clear. I already add my site to my profile. Yes I have a WordPress website. I disabled the WordPress lazy load from functions in theme editor. But my theme also has lazy load on by default. I don’t know how to turn it off. Is there a snippet code to disable it within the function.php ?

Hi there,
I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

My website URL : https://echox.co/
I don’t know how to add it to WordPress. I add it in my profile only. -
The site echox.co appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on MizbanFa Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/echox.co+dns
To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites (such as sites hosted with other providers) and only have access to the ones “hosted on our WordPress.com” servers only. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
