Disabling Leave a Reply Box

  Hi everyone? im trying to remove this box, leave a reply box as i no longer need it. i found how to add a contact me box. how do i go about this?

  the other thing is i want to remove the links below the blog roll box, or if i want to edit them to add my own links how do i go about this, i have spend the last 2 hours going through the menu but i cant figure it out.

  To turn the off for all future content, go to settings > discussion and disable commenting.

  For all existing content already published on the blog, you will have to edit the posts/pages and then in the discussion module down below the editor text area, disable comments and then re-save the post/page.

  thank you, but is there a way of removing that , leave a comment box, i had already unticked what you have pointed out above? i removed them before but now i dont recall how i put them back on.

  For existing content that has already been published, you have to edit each page or post and then disable comments for that particular page or post. The settings > discussion change will only affect future content. It is not retroactive.
