Disabling public to post on my dashboard
-
My blog was controlled only by me but since I created a wordpress.org, I see that the public can have access to my dashboard. I don’t want the public to post anything on my site. What do I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Exactly what makes you think that the public can post to your blog?
And what is the URL of the site you refer to please? -

Hello again,
That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM and we do not provide support for it. We provide support only for blogs hosted by WordPress.COM and that site is not one of them. It’s a WordPress.ORG software install.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. Read the differences here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
