Disabling registration

    Am trying to disable the privacy on my registration for the domain. It’s not allowing me to do so.

    Hi there,

    The domain, ismcstaff.com, expired 50 days ago on 7 July. You will need to renew that domain first before you can make any changes to it. Also note that to renew it at this point will require an additional $80 fee. That fee should be applied automatically if you renew the domain from the Purchases page.

    Additionally, the domain does not belong to your account, but to the account with the username, ismcstaff. Only that account will be able to renew the domain and to make any other changes to it.

    If you need help renewing the domain, please post here logged in as the ismcstaff account and I can help you with the renewal.
