  Hello
  I have the phone number, but no matter how much I try, I don’t get the access number, for that I am requesting a disable my Two-Step Verification.

  I followed the explanation before, but my problem did not get a message SMS to my phone and I do not have it backup code.

  Hi there,

  If you no longer have your backup codes, or didn’t print them out, you’ll have to follow our account recovery steps instead:

  Recover Your Account

  Submit that form, and someone will email you a single-use code you can use to disable 2FA.

  What is the address of the site you’re trying to access?
