Disabling view full size in carousel with ProPhoto

  Hello,
  I want to disable the view fullsize option in the carousel. I have come accross this code on several sites

  .jp-carousel-light .jp-carousel-image-meta {
  display: none;
  }

  I’m using a prophoto theme – can anyone help me find where to put the coding? I have tried the Customize – Advanced – css editor option, but it’s not working. I don’t think I’m putting the coding in the right area.
