Disallowed comments

The website margheritamaletiviggiano.com was hacked. The discussion settings:
1) Silently discard spam – NO spam folder;
2) Automatically close comments older than 1 day;
3) NO ping/trackbacks allowed;
4) The General Settings apply to all pages and posts: they were NOT overridden for individual articles.
In spite of the 4 points listed above, there are 12 fake comments in the comment section older than 1 day. I need a TECHNICIAN to solve this issue a.s.a.p.
So far the ID “supernovia” – which I don’t see in your staff – gave false technical info and made inconsequential remarks that make customers lose time. The website was hacked and this issue needs to be addressed by a TECHNICIAN.
If the problem is not solved a.s.a.p. I want a REFUND of the money – $79 and $26 = $105. This type of disservice make customers lose time and does not help the general credibility of wordpress.

Hey there,
Spam comments are completely irritating, and I can help.
Let’s break your issue down one at a time, so I can start giving you solutions:
1) Silently discard spam – NO spam folder;
You have indeed checked this box, and Akisment will make sure to get rid of any spam that’s already been identified as such in their system. If Akismet hasn’t yet “learned” that an item is spam, please make sure to mark it as Spam in your spam folder. Then, in the future, Akismet will also make sure that gets filtered out. Here are the best ways to make sure Akismet works exactly as you want it:
catswithmustaches.org/spam-the-not-delicious-kind/
I know it’s a little kitschy, but it has all the info you’ll need to setup Akismet so it’s working correctly for you.
2) Automatically close comments older than 1 day;
All right, this should be working properly, so let me take a look at that older post where you received those 12 comments. Could you please send me a link, and I can research what’s happening. Also, when did you setup and save your discussion settings?
3) NO ping/trackbacks allowed;
Have you received notification of pingbacks? If so, send me a link to the post(s) in question.
Have you turned off pingback settings in your individual posts?:
You can give yourself an added layer of security in each post by turning off the settings at the bottom of your post editor page.
4) The General Settings apply to all pages and posts: they were NOT overridden for individual articles.
They should apply to all new posts/pages you create after you adjust those settings. If you have older pages and posts that were published before you save those settings, you can adjust them individually, so they don’t receive pingbacks/trackbacks, or unwanted comments:

The website was hacked and this issue needs to be addressed by a TECHNICIAN.
The good news is — from what I can see on your account — you weren’t hacked. Hacking indicates that someone logged into your account, and edited your site. If you are worried that this has occurred, I HIGHLY recommend you make sure security stronger by setting up two-step authentication. I use this. The added layer of security has never once failed me. Here are the instructions:
en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/
While you might not have been hacked, you’ve definitely were hit by a spammer. Please mark those comments as SPAM in your inbox. Do not delete them. Marking them as SPAM will teach Akismet not to allow this to happen again with these users. I also highly recommend using the Comment Blacklist, as seen here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-blacklist
If the problem is not solved a.s.a.p. I want a REFUND of the money – $79 and $26 = $105.
You let me know — if you want me to cancel your upgrades, and refund your money, I’ll do it asap. I don’t want to waste your time. Just let me know how you’d prefer I proceed.
Looking forward to hearing from you about the topics above. If we work together on this, we can really tighten up your discussion settings.
I’ll keep an eye out for your response. Thanks very much.

1.
I’m not sure – you seem to be playing around: I said I’ve been wasting a lot of time on this WordPress problem – now the “comments” are older than 1 day and should not be there in the first place, and this fact is not extremely difficult to understand;
2.
You already have access to the site, no monkey business, there’s no need to send a link. Aim of the game: the hyperlinks need to be removed from the comments section a.s.a.p. by a technician/security; if this issue is not resolved a.s.a.p. I am asking for a refund.
3.
Repeat for the hard of hearing: these are NOT comments; they are quotes from my own pages/posts with hyperlinks; they need to be REMOVED a.s.a.p. and I don’t want this to repeat, alright? If this is done, I will not ask for a refund and I can keep the subscription for a couple of years;
4.
The story of WordPress vulnerability is on Wikipedia, no BS – a website can be hacked in 10,000 different and subtle ways, you don’t need to see porn to understand that it’s hacked.I hope to speak with someone more customer-friendly/knowledgeable/ helpful next time —

Hello again,
I understand you’re frustrated, and please rest assured that I am more than happy to help you solve your issue. At the same time, if you continue to respond to my questions with personal insults and refusals to answer, then you will only make it more difficult for me to help you.
If you would like technical assistance, I need the following information:
1) When did you change your settings to shut down comments after the post has been published for one day? I need a date, or an approximation thereof.
2) As I asked before, please mark these 12 comments as Spam in your queue.
3) I already gave you instructions on how to turn off the comments and pingbacks on your posts. I will assume you’ve read them, and that you understand that you have the power to make these adjustments.
If none of these options work for you, or if you still don’t want to answer my questions, I am happy to issue you a refund.
I look forward to hearing your decision.

Dear Miss,
It’s not a “personal insult” to point out that you are customer un-friendly, un-knowledgeable and un-helpful. It’s just a fact: you can’t solve the problem.
The fake comments need to be removed: I paid to have a service that works, so fix it.
I explained the situation in 4 clear points and you still don’t get it. Definitely it’s not your business, and I’m not wasting more time on this.
Please issue a refund —
