disapearing post

I am not sure how to log on and reference a previous question I had. the last comment I had about my issues was from supenovia. who wanted to know what I wanted from my site. Our cozy red cabin is the home page and there is a comment on the home page that is about us. There are 3 pages, the garden, current projects and blog feed(which I do not like the name of this I would rather it be the journey. This is about historical journey of our renovation of the cabin. I will continue to write on this page until the renovation is complete. The current page is what we are working on now, I will continue to write on this page as well. The garden will come later. I may want to add page as project come up. I would like visitors to be able to access each page and see what is written there. I also would like to be able to send a notification to facebook to tell my followers that there is new post. Write now what happened is the blog feed post were visible, but when I shared the current project the blog feed posts are longer visible to visiters. I am sure that I have not set it up correctly because I am not very computer savy, but I did think it would be easier. I would appreciate any help I can get, because I am just about ready to give up on this. Thank you for your help
