disappearance of my blog

    I have a big problem : my blog, “cucoandcuca.com”, created in 2011, disappeared this month.
    I can still see it in google, but when I try to connect me for writing new posts, I write cucoandcuca (my domain name) I can read this answer : ” this site doesn’t exist”.

    When I put one of my two dress email I received an email from wordpress explaining me I have to create a new one, with my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and cuco.cuca, maybe cause I forgot to pay ?

    I had the same problem in 2018, and someone in the wordpress staff explained me and helped me to solve problems. I had to pay and I forgot to do it on time. Maybe it’s the same problem ? I forgot to pay, and it’s the reason why I’m not able anymore to have access.

    Your site us up and running but us connected to another account of yours cucoandcuca.
    Log out from current cucopirat and log in again as cucoandcuca.

    Thank you very much for your answer but unfortunately it doesn’t work, before your message I had already tried many times to connect doing what you told me : log out and log in BUT when I try to connect me with cucoandcuca, with my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) or the oldest one (email visible only to moderators and staff) it works, but the site is EMPTY I have a message about the creation of a blog or site…it’s very strange. I connect to my blog in august and the beginning of September. In fact the blog exists since 2011. I think I paid in march 2020. I can have my paiement notification, maybe it could help ?

    I followed instruction but unfortunately it didn’t work at all, I don’t understand why. I put my name domain cucoandcuca
    I wrote https://cucoandcuca.com

    I wrote my ID I found in my account statement
    D9JLSZZCN4 DUBLI
    ZMDRKBLV20 DUBLI
    But nothing works ! They wrote it’s not the good ID but I don’ t understand why, I paid effectively in march
