Disappearance of the previous and next buttons

(Sorry, i’m french and this message is traduce by Google)
Hello,
We use a wordpress.com blog with a purchased domain name to wordpress theme with Eventbrite Multi Event.
We are very happy but yesterday, a new problem arises.
No reason our “previous, next and page numbers” buttons have disappeared in our categories or there full of articles (not that we do anything).
Therefore impossible for a visitor to browse the tickets beyond 5 (figure we have chosen for that pages are displayed quickly.).Another troubling fact, when we are in the tab “Presentation / customize” buttons appear (but only in the administrator interface …)
Another recent addition to really be clear:
Here in this picture no longer appears on our website:https://freresdesample.files.wordpress.com/2015/05/problc3a8me-pages-bas-de-site.jpg
Hoping to have the tracks on your part, I greet you and thank you in advance
Sincerely,
Tartine.
PS : The pages (or rather should I say “categories”) that are problematic:

Hi Tartine,
I’m sorry for the problem with the buttons on your category pages. This is an issue with the Eventbrite Multi Event theme, and we reported it to our theme developers so they can investigate and fix that problem. I will let you know as soon as I have news about that for you.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help in the meantime. :)

Hi Tartine,
I’m sorry for the continued trouble with this issue. I don’t have an update from our team yet, so I’m not sure how long it will take for them to fix this.
One option you have in the meantime is to use our Display Posts Shortcode. You can add that shortcode to any page on your site, and it will display a list of your posts. You can also limit it to certain categories, to display a list of posts in a specific category. That will give you a list of all your posts in each category until this issue can be fixed.

Hello,
The situation appears to be partly restored,
Thank you for your involvement.
sincerely,
Tartine

Hi Tartine!
This should be all fixed up now. Can you let us know if you still are seeing the problem on your side?
-
Hi Jeremeyl,
Yes, that is partially income.
It does not look exactly the same as before but it’s still convenient.
Thank you for your involvement in the resolution of our problem. -
