disappeared. need help to see if there’s a backup

    I am having HUGE problems with SiteLock and Hostgator. On this site, I can’t even find my other sites to see if there’s a backup. I have paid for Jetpack for years, so I’m assuming there’s saved files somewhere. Please help!!

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    If Jetpack is already installed and you’re paying for the backup service, it should be possible to restore the site as per these steps here: https://jetpack.com/support/backup/backups-via-the-jetpack-plugin/restoring-with-jetpack-backup/

    I am having HUGE problems with SiteLock and Hostgator.

    What issues are you facing exactly, and are you able to explain why you’re using SiteLock please? The reason why I ask is because I’m wondering if WordPress.com can streamline some of the things happening on the site.

    Straight off the bat – backups are builtin at WordPress.com, so you wouldn’t need any extra components for that.
